Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup softened butter
- 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup flour (I used whole wheat and it worked fine)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Cream together peanut butter, butter, brown sugar and white sugar.
- Add eggs and vanilla. Mix until combined.
- Add flour, baking powder and salt.
- Spread into greased 9 X 13 pan.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over surface.
- Bake for 5 minutes. Remove pan and run a knife through to marbleize.
- Return pan to oven. Bake 20 to 25 minutes longer until golden brown.
