Sticky Buns

12 Frozen Rhodes Rolls, cut into quarters
1 box cook type Butterscotch Pudding
1/2 c melted butter
1/2 c brown sugar
Cinnamon, to taste

Preheat oven to 350.

Place rolls in glass 9x13 pan.  Sprinkle dry pudding mix over rolls.  Mix butter, brown sugar and cinnamon.  Drizzle over rolls.  Cover with plastic wrap.  Let raise overnight.  

Bake at 350 for 15 minutes

Butterscotch Crunchies

1 bag butterscotch chips
1/4 cup Peanut Butter
4 cups Corn Flakes


Melt peanut butter and butterscotch chips together in the microwave.  Add Corn Flakes and stir until coated.  Put on a cookie sheet and refrigerate or freeze until hardened.  Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.

Martha's Fudge

2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
11 oz. butterscotch chips
1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk


Mix all ingredients together in a microwave safe bowl and heat on high in 30 second increments until melted.

Stir in 1 tsp vanilla

Line a 9x9 pan with parchment paper.  Pour melted mixture in to the pan and refrigerate until hardened.

Skillet Cake

Preheat the oven to 375

Sift together into a well-greased skillet:
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp soda
1 cup white sugar

Make 3 indents in the dry mixture and put in:
1st hole: 1 tbsp vanilla
2nd hole: 1 tbsp white vinegar
3rd hole: 1/2 stick melted butter

Pour 1 cup of cold water over everything and mix well.

Bake at 375 for 25 minutes

A few minutes before the bake time is done melt 1/2 stick butter and add 1 cup of brown sugar.  Mix well then add 2 tbsp milk.  Once cake is finished baking, spread topping over the cake and return to oven until bubbly.

Caprese Dip

8 oz softened cream cheese
4 oz shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/4 tsp ground pepper
Fresh Basil, to taste
2 Large Roma tomatoes, diced
8 oz Fontaine cheese 

Preheat oven to 425.  Mix together cream cheese, mozzarella, pepper and basil.  Spread in the bottom of a 8x8 pan.  Top with Roma tomatoes then Fontaine cheese.  Put in the oven and cook for 25 minutes, or until slightly browned and bubbly.

Amazing Sugar Cookies

2 cups Powdered Sugar
1 cup butter
1 cup sour cream
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
4 tsp baking powder
4 1/2 cups flour

Cream together powdered sugar and butter.  Add remaining ingredients.  Roll out and cut into shapes.  Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden brown.
